Making Tiny Tail Designs clearer, simpler and easier to use

We are making a few changes to the Tiny Tail Designs website so it does a better job of explaining what we offer and how the service works.

The idea behind Tiny Tail Designs is simple: we build websites for small businesses with no upfront website build fee. Instead, the website, hosting, maintenance, updates and support are covered by a simple monthly plan.

That can be a helpful option for business owners who know they need a proper website, but do not want to deal with templates, hosting, plugins, dashboards or the usual technical faff.

Why we are updating the site

As the service has taken shape, we realised the website needed to be clearer too. It should be easy to understand what is included, where to ask a general question, how to get started, and what existing clients can do if they need help.

That is what this update is about.

What has changed

We have been improving key pages across the site, including pricing, FAQs, contact, referrals and the client area. We have also added this Hub, which will become a place for useful articles, updates and simple website advice.

The goal is not to make the site bigger for the sake of it. The goal is to make it more useful.

Making things easier to understand

If someone visits Tiny Tail Designs, they should be able to quickly understand:

  • what the service is
  • who it is for
  • what the monthly plan covers
  • how to ask a question
  • how to get started
  • where to go for support

We are also using the update to make the site feel more modern and easier to read. A website does not need to be flashy to be effective, but it should feel clear, trustworthy and easy to move around.

Why this matters

Small business owners are busy. If someone is already putting off sorting their website, the last thing they need is another confusing process.

Tiny Tail Designs is meant to make getting a website feel simpler. The website itself should reflect that.

What comes next

Over time, the Hub will include more practical articles around websites, domains, local SEO, content, website care and getting online without making everything more complicated than it needs to be.

For now, this first post is a simple marker: we are improving the site, sharpening the message and making Tiny Tail Designs easier to use.

If you are looking for a website for your business and want someone else to handle the technical side properly, our Get Started page is the best place to begin.
